We can only become your attorneys after we check for conflicts and both you and Artemis sign a written engagement agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, you and Artemis waive any right to a jury trial. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as part of a class or representative action.
13. Severability; Waiver; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Artemis regarding the Website.
